1. COMPANY IDENTIFICATION

2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of muscle recovery and wellness products (massage guns, pressotherapy, cryotherapy) on the theravib.fr website.

3. PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). THERAVIB™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. ORDER
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna/installment payment. Payment is secured by the service provider.

6. DELIVERY
See our dedicated page "Delivery & Returns". Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

8. WARRANTY
All our products benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, covering manufacturing defects, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).

9. LIABILITY
THERAVIB™ cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, contrary to the instructions provided.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to English law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
